Terms & conditions

2.1 Payment terms for existing clients are 14 days to a maximum of 30 days from  the invoice date. 

2.2 New clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit that covers  planning, research, and raw lab d.o.o. expertise. 

2.3 Project timelines are estimates and not fixed. raw lab d.o.o. does not assume  responsibility for delays, as they may occur due to decision-making and  corrections. Clients are advised to allocate additional time for projects.

2.4 In case of non-payment, raw lab d.o.o. reserves the right to retain all  intellectual property created during the collaboration and revoke the client's  access to media, social accounts, and the website. 

2.5 If payment is not received within 14 days of a reminder and the client has a  website developed by raw lab d.o.o., raw lab d.o.o. has the right to take the  website offline, charge a 500 EUR late payment fee, and requires website re-setup.

2.6 raw lab d.o.o. reserves the right to charge 50 EUR per hour for project corrections. 

3.1 All collaborations and information shared between raw lab d.o.o. and the client  are under a non-disclosure agreement. 

3.2 raw lab d.o.o. is not liable for any equipment damage on video production sets,  and the client is responsible for the safety of all individuals involved during video  production. 

3.3 The client is responsible for the payment of typography rights, music rights,  and any other applicable royalties. 

3.4 The client is liable for any damage caused by the end product to the consumer.

3.5 raw lab d.o.o. is not liable for logistics and information handling of the client's products and website.

4.1 raw lab d.o.o. retains full ownership of the creative work produced for clients, unless the client exclusively pays for the rights, as outlined in a signed contract.

4.2 Unauthorized use of raw lab d.o.o. 's work without payment entitles raw lab d.o.o. to a compensation of 20,000 EUR.

5.1 Users are prohibited from posting adult content or abusive language on the raw lab d.o.o. website.

6.1 raw lab d.o.o. 's services and website are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older or to company entities.

7.1 raw lab d.o.o. complies with Slovenian GDPR regulations regarding the  protection and processing of personal data. 

8.1 raw lab d.o.o. uses cookies on the website for the purpose of improving user  experience and marketing. Users are not required to agree to the cookie policy to  browse the site. View the full cookie policy here.
